As a long time salt water fisherman, but having no prior experience fly fishing, I was looking for a way to get introduced to the sport. With its own unique tackle & terminology, it was extremely intimidating. This experience was perfect for my family, including my wife & 3 boys. We did the half day float trip and it included the perfect amount of basic background introduction & teaching, including the basics of fly casting and entomology...Spencer was wonderful with our boys throughout the entire float trip. I would highly recommend this school for beginners and families who are visiting the Jackson Hole area & want to get introduced to the sport of fly fishing.
